ServiceMaster Restore Whistler & Squamish re-opened after a 5-year absence.  We have over 15 years of service in the Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton, Furry Creek, Lions Bay, Sunshine Coast and the gulf Islands areas.

We specialize in effective, quality restoration of homes and businesses following damage due to flooding, fire, smoke, wind, trauma and environmental contaminants such as mold.  ServiceMaster Restore of Whistler & Squamish works closely with insurance industry partners.

Shea Herron

Shea Herron is the Manager of ServiceMaster Restore, Whistler and Squamish. He has been a general contractor for over 15 years, often overseeing large jobs with twenty or more staff. Shea's work can be distilled down to three words: flexibility, expertise and dedication. While he was focused on custom design build homes and renos, he was also involved in many restoration efforts as well. For each job, he brings a high level of technical expertise combined with dedication to get the work completed right, to the highest standards possible. Outside of work, Shea is all about the clichés (his own words): his wife, kids, dogs and living in the outdoors.

Fredy CaytaFredy CaytaOperations Manager

Fredy Cayta

Operations Manager

Fredy Cayta is the Manager for ServiceMaster Clean in Whistler and Squamish. He has been a member of ServiceMaster Clean for almost fifteen years. He originally joined as a carpet cleaning technician, after leaving Colombia. Within a few years he became the floorcare manager, bringing his wealth of expertise to the role. This particularly evident when he does on-site meetings: Fredy can quickly give authoritative answers on any question relating to your floor's health. Outside of work, Fredy is an avid outdoorsman: he can be frequently found paddle boarding, hiking and camping all along the West Coast with his family and dog Chico. He also is a massive soccer fan, and is especially fond of the Boca Juniors.

David Benoit

Years of service: 20

David Benoit is the President & General Manager for ServiceMaster Vancouver . He has been been a part of ServiceMaster family for over twenty years, starting with residential cleaning in Vancouver. David expanded the firm's focus of the company from carpet cleaning to janitorial and exterior cleaning. He is always readily accessible, and is constantly interacting with clients, meeting their needs and addressing their concerns. Out of the office, David is an avid sportsman, having played rugby, squash, tennis and golf competitively for much of his life.

Stephen Fryer

General Manager Restore & Clean
Years of service: 6

Stephen is the General Manager of the Whistler and Squamish, and a lifelong resident of the area. He started working for the firm as a summer job when he was 16, and became a full time employee when he finished high school. He later worked for a major property management firm and an insurance adjuster in the area before returning back to ServiceMaster. Stephen brings a wealth of knowldge and determination to ensure our clients get the best possible outcome. His long association with ServiceMaster, as well as representing residential and commercial customers as a property manager and adjuster, allows him to understand all sides of any agreement.

Geordie Elson

Production Coordinator
Years of service: 15

Geordie is a 40 year resident in the area with nearly twenty years of local experience in insurance, claims restoration, cleaning and janitorial services. Geordie returns to the ServiceMaster team to oversee our daily operations and drive our customer centred culture and focus. His unique experiences in and outside of the insurance claims industry and restoration, coupled with his local knowledge of businesses and people allows him to seamlessly return to our company, and provide client support and customer focus immediately.
